One of them is Borobudur temple that is one of the seven miracles of the world, built by Syailendra Dynasty at the IX century.

They have Soto (clear soup), pecel (salad made of blanched vegetables served with peanut sauce), gudheg, traditional fried chicken, sate (meat roasted on skewer), fried fish served with special Javanese sauce, and special foods of the royal kingdom as well to serve.
